Benefits of New Build
Why choose a new Rosewood home?
The simple
answer is that you get more: more choice, more benefits, more
security and more value for money. Here are some of the reasons why
there is no better time to buy a new build home.
A straightforward purchase
As well as being brand new and
untouched, a new build home is easier to buy than a second-hand home.
You avoid a chain of buyers, the price is fixed and you are
guaranteed no nasty surprises.
At Rosewood we keep things simple. Once
you pay your deposit your new home is reserved just for you.
Create your dream home
When you buy new-build you are given
the flexibility to customise your home as you want it. You have a
range of exciting choices such as decoration, appliances, flooring as
well as the choice to adapt or convert to create more space.
You don’t need to worry about
redecoration or renovation once you’ve moved in. We will make all
the changes before we hand over the keys so your new home is
delivered exactly as you want it. Simply move in and start enjoying
your new home straight away.
Guaranteed security
Our homes are built to be durable, but
to give you piece of mind every Rosewood home comes with a premier guarantee. For extra reassurance, Rosewood adheres to the
Consumer Code for Home Builders which ensures clear guidelines for
builder responsibilities and ways of resolving difficulties if they
arise.
With smoke
alarms, the latest gas and wiring standards, secure double glazing
and modern locks, your new Rosewood home is designed to be safe and
sound. All our homes are designed to be accessible and easily adapted
to meet the needs of disabled or elderly people.
Designed for modern living
Our homes are designed to suit a modern
lifestyle and feature en suite bathrooms, sun rooms, balconies and
eco-friendly low carbon technologies.
Every home is built to generous
proportions and is designed to amplify natural light.
Saving you money
New build homes are a lot cheaper to
run than their older counterparts. Our homes have the latest energy
efficient central heating and hot water systems, are highly insulated
and fitted with quality double-glazing.
Research by NHBC and Zero Carbon Hub
has found that families who live in new build homes save more than
£1,400 a year on their energy bills compared to those who live in
older homes.
Help available
The Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme helps you buy a new-build property
from a participating house builder with a loan of up to 15% of the
property price from the Scottish Government. Buyers must be able to fund at
least 85% of the purchase price of a selected property through a combination of
mortgage and a minimum of 5% deposit (if one is required by their lender).
